The proposal for a Regulation on 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝘆𝗽𝘁𝗼-𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 (“𝗠𝗶𝗖𝗔”) is moving forward after a provisional agreement was reached between the Council presidency and the European Parliament on 30 June 2022.
