The Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA) is looking for a student or intern who enjoys working in a dynamic and flexible environment, brings a proactive mindset, and is eager to contribute ideas and take initiative. The position offers the opportunity to build on existing skills, develop new ones and gain valuable professional experience within a collaborative team.
Your role
As a Corporate Assistant Intern, you will provide hands-on administrative and operational support to the LuxCMA team. The role offers broad exposure to association management, coordination with senior stakeholders and day-to-day corporate operations in a dynamic, professional environment.
This internship is designed for final-year students enrolled in a recognised academic programme (BTS, Bachelor or equivalent) who are required to complete a mandatory internship for diploma validation, subject to approval by their academic institution.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Executive support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the LuxCMA management team
- Assist with calendar management, meeting coordination and follow-ups
- Prepare meeting materials (agendas, attendance lists, basic minutes)
- Support internal organisation and document management
Corporate and Operational assistance
- Assist with membership administration and database updates
- Support invoicing follow-up and basic administrative tracking
- Help coordinate interactions with members, partners and service providers
- Assist with internal processes and organisational logistics
Meetings, Events and Working Groups
- Support the organisation of meetings, working groups and events
- Assist with registrations, invitations and attendance tracking
- Help prepare event documentation and logistical coordination
General support
- Provide ad-hoc support to the team as needed
- Contribute to improving internal organisation and workflows
Profile and Skills
Education
- Final-year student enrolled in a BTS, Bachelor or equivalent programme
- Internship must be part of official academic diploma validation
- Ability to enter into a formal internship agreement
Skills and Competencies
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with standard office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Discretion, reliability and a professional attitude
- Familiarity with professional social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify)
- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop is a plus

Basic knowledge of Odoo or similar ERP/CRM tools is a plus
Languages
- French and English required
- German is an asset
