InfraFuse Forum 2026

The ABBL x LuxCMA Market Infrastructures Incubator

Add to calendar:
A joint industry event hosted by LuxCMA and ABBL

The LuxCMA and the ABBL are pleased to announce that registrations are now open for the upcoming InfraFuse Forum – the ABBL x LuxCMA Market Infrastructures Incubator, the flagship joint event of our two associations dedicated to the future of market infrastructures.

Building on the strong momentum of previous editions, the InfraFuse Forum has established itself as a unique and trusted platform for dialogue between banking, capital markets and market infrastructure stakeholders in Luxembourg. As a joint ABBL x LuxCMA initiative, it offers a consolidated forum where perspectives from across the ecosystem can be brought together in a coherent and coordinated manner.

At a time when several initiatives and discussions are emerging around the transition to T+1 settlement, the InfraFuse Forum provides a distinctive space for collective reflection, enabling market participants to step back, align views and engage in a structured discussion anchored in both regulatory developments and operational realities.

This year’s edition will place a particular focus on the transition to T+1 settlement, a central and timely topic, while also providing room to address broader infrastructure and regulatory priorities shaping European capital markets.

Recent results of the EU T+1 Industry Committee survey, published in early February 2026, offer a timely snapshot of the market’s level of preparedness. Against this backdrop, this flagship ABBL x LuxCMA forum will serve as a reference point for understanding market readiness, implementation challenges and next steps, from both an industry and supervisory perspective.

Programme highlights include:

  • Keynote address by Mr Giovanni Sabatini, Independent Chair of the EU T+1 Industry Committee
  • Fireside chat with Mr Andrea Gentilini, Chair of the Post-Trading Working Group at ESMA and Head of the Market Infrastructures Division at CSSF: T+1 in Luxembourg - State of Play and Readiness
  • High-level panel discussion: T+1 and Beyond - Market Infrastructures at a Turning Point
  • Networking lunch

🌱 Committed to responsible participation

Participation in the event is subject to overall capacity constraints, with registrations confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

During the registration process, participants will be invited to indicate their expected attendance, including whether they plan to join the networking lunch, which is subject to limited capacity.

This information helps us ensure smooth organisation of the event as a whole and supports a responsible approach to catering, in particular for the networking lunch.

We kindly ask participants to inform us in case of any change in their availability.

A no-show policy will therefore apply to the event, with particular attention to confirmed lunch attendance.

We look forward to welcoming you to this flagship ABBL x LuxCMA forum, conceived as a shared platform for dialogue, alignment and collaboration at a pivotal moment for European market infrastructures.
